Treatment Type: Targeted Subcutaneous Mesotherapy
SuperSlim Fat Dissolver is a custom formulation designed to make every body-fat-dissolving session more effective and more comfortable. It blends a favorite lipolytic (fat-dissolving) base such as LipoVela, Lemon Bottle, or Dr. Lipo with Liporase (hyaluronidase) for better spread and lidocaine for pain control. The result is a smoother injection experience, faster dispersion through fat tissue, and more even results with less post-treatment swelling or burning.
SuperSlim Fat Dissolver is a customized formulation designed specifically for larger fat pockets—such as the abdomen, love handles, upper arms, back-bra line, and outer thighs. It is not intended for use on the face, neck, or under-chin.
Fat-dissolvers work by gradually disrupting adipocyte membranes and stimulating lipid metabolism. Liporase breaks down small pockets of crosslinked HA and interstitial barriers, allowing the lipolytic solution to diffuse evenly through the adipose layer. Lidocaine provides localized anesthesia that softens the burning or heat sensation often caused by PPC and deoxycholic acid.
Together, these additions make the session more tolerable while helping each injection site blend seamlessly into surrounding tissue—reducing risk of over-treated “dimples” or uneven fat breakdown.
Ideal fat dissolvers include:
LipoVela, Meamo Silhouette, or Dr. Lipo+ – combines PPC + DCA/DXC with skin tightening peptides.
Curenex Lipo or Pine Bottle – enzymatic, gentle, minimal downtime.
This Meamo article can be very helpful in choosing a fat dissolver.
Be sure you are choosing the "body" formulas, not V-line which are intended for the face. Remember, you cannot do the face with this cocktail.
Avoid highly concentrated or acidic deoxycholate-only formulas (such as pure Kybella equivalents), as these may cause excessive inflammation when combined with additional components.
Formula:
10 mL Fat-Dissolving Base
1 vial Liporase (1,500 IU vial reconstituted with 1–2 mL of fat dissolver)
1 mL Lidocaine 2% (plain, no epinephrine)
Mixing process:
Withdraw ~2 mL of the fat-dissolver into a sterile syringe
Inject that 2 mL into the sealed Liporase vial. Swirl gently until the powder is completely dissolved
Draw the fully reconstituted Liporase solution back into the syringe and return it to the fat-dissolver vial
Mix gently by swirling until uniform
Add 1 mL of Lidocaine 2%
Most 10mL vials have a small amount of headroom and will accommodate the additional 1 mL of Lidocaine; if not, transfer the contents to a clean, disinfected glass or ceramic bowl for final blending. Stir gently using a sterile applicator until fully integrated, then draw up the working solution into syringes for use.
Depth: 8–13 mm, depending on fat thickness. Many practitioners insert a 13 mm needle fully to ensure the solution reaches the true subcutaneous fat layer and avoids the dermis or fascia.
Pattern: Grid or point-to-point spacing every 1–1.5 cm.
Volume: ≈ 0.2 mL per site (≈ 50 injection points for an ≈ 11 mL total blend).
Needle: 30 G × 13 mm or 29 G × 12 mm for body application.
Technique Tip: Maintain perpendicular entry for abdomen, flanks, and arms. If tissue is thinner, pinch the skin fold slightly to lift the fat pad before inserting.
Aftercare: Mild swelling, heat, or firmness may appear and subside over 2–3 days. Gentle massage, red-light therapy, vibration plate therapy, a waist cincher or compression garment, and ultrasound cavitation can help lymphatic drainage and even out texture.
Treatments are typically performed every 2–3 weeks until the desired reduction is achieved.
Visible changes generally emerge within 2–4 weeks as fat is metabolized and cleared by the lymphatic system.
