A Cheat Sheet for PN Boosters: Getting Value in Regeneration

All of the products below are based on salmon DNA polynucleotides (PN) which are long, stable DNA chains that act as potent biological signalers to stimulate fibroblasts, boost collagen and elastin synthesis, and accelerate tissue repair.

PN is often discussed alongside PDRN (polydeoxyribonucleotide), but the two work at different levels of regeneration. PDRN contains shorter DNA fragments that primarily promote healing and anti-inflammatory repair, making it ideal for post-procedure recovery. PN, with its longer molecular chains, exerts a stronger structural and collagen-inducing effect, rebuilding dermal density and improving firmness, elasticity, and overall skin quality over time.

Most users see visible improvements in texture, tone, and resilience after a short course of treatments. PN boosters can be administered via BAP injection, mesotherapy, or microneedling, depending on the product’s viscosity and target area. Some formulas combine PN with hyaluronic acid, peptides, or amino acids to enhance hydration and regenerative synergy, while others remain pure PN for maximum flexibility when mixing with exosomes or PDRN.

SK’s Take: In my opinion, either go for the advanced Jeunetique PN Pro or Pure Pro PN with additional peptides, or Youthfill PN or Sardenya PN with the highest 2.5% PN formula.  I personally use PN formulas for BAP in face + neck.
